Marvin Burton
Senior Pastor
Marvin Burton has been in ministry with the PAONL since 1986. He joined Evangel’s staff in 1997 as Youth Pastor and in 1998 was invited to become the Senior Pastor. Marvin married Wendy Evely in 1987. They have two children, Sarah & Allan, and three grandchildren.
Geoff Slade

Family & Children’s Pastor
Geoff has spent over 19 years in children and youth ministry. He joined the staff at Evangel in 1998 as Youth and Christian Education Pastor and in July 2009, accepted the position of Family and Children’s Pastor which has been the fulfillment of a God-given passion for over five years. With the adjustment of ministry portfolios in the fall of 2014, Geoff served as Family and Assistant Pastor at Evangel, until resuming his former role and currently serving as Assistant, Family and Children’s Pastor. He and his wife, Shona, have two children and a son-in-law. Erin, along with her husband Dishone & Noah.
Andy Vincent
Assistant
Youth, Worship & Media Pastor
Andy is been in ministry since 2006 and, since then, has served in roles involving youth, children, music, and media. He joined the staff at Evangel in 2019 as Youth and Children’s Pastor. Since then, he’s seen his role increase, especially with focuses shifting on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today he serves as an Assistant Pastor with a focus on Youth, Music and Media. Andy has a passion to see lives impacted and changed for Jesus through all means possible while seeing people using their talent and gifting in all avenues possible. He graduated from Master’s College and Seminary in 2008. He married his wife, Melanie, in 2007.
